北京安贞医院心外监护室

科室特色：收治各种心脏手术后及围手术期心肺功能衰竭患者，包括心脏移植、冠心病、风湿性心脏病、先天性心脏病、主动脉瘤、心脏肿瘤、ARDS等。2013年收治患者超万例(例)，抢救成功率达85%以上，死亡率仅1.7%。Currentlythereare300medicialstaffmembersincardiacsurgicalICU,including26doctorsandtheDoctor/Nurseratiois1:11.Thenumberofstaffatleastundergraduateeducationalbackgroundisover30,ofwhichthereis2withdoctordegree,18withmasterdegree,3withseniorprofessionaltitle,12withvice-seniorprofessionaltitle,10withintermediatetitle,and3withjuniortitle.70bedsaresetinICU,ofwhich46foradultcareand24forpediatriccare.Variouspatientsofpost-cardiacsurgeryandperioperativecardiorespiratoryfailurearetreatedhere,includinghearttransplantation,coronaryheartdisease,rheumaticheartdisease,congenitalheartdisease,aorticaneurysm,cardiactumors,ARDS,etc.PatientsadmittedtotheICUin2013wereovertenthousand,TheRateofSuccessfulRescuewasmorethan85%andthemortalityratewasonly1.7%.

目前心脏外科监护室有医护人员300人，其中医生26人，医护比例为1:12。正高职称3人，副高职称12人，中级职称10人，初级职称3人。博士后及博士2人，硕士18人，本科10人，专科200人。开放床位112张，其中成人监护80张，小儿监护32张。

收治心脏手术及急慢性心肺功能衰竭患者，在心脏外科术后患者基础监护治疗同时，开展了体外膜式氧合(ECMO)、主动脉内气囊反搏(IABP)、肾替代治疗(CRRT)、有创及无创呼吸治疗、血流动力学监测(PiCCO、Swan-Ganz导管等)。

Wehavepublishedover40originalarticlesinthedomesticandforeignperiodicals.
