北京中医医院儿科是北京市中医管理局中医重点专科及北京市中医儿科诊疗中心，建院以来，先后涌现出祁振华、冯泉福、宋祚民、滕宣光、温振英、王应麟等众多中医儿科名家，创立清肺丸、止嗽化痰定喘丸、鹅口散、化痞膏、温阳化痰穴贴、养阴益气合剂、健脾益气合剂等儿科常用传统制剂十余种，开展以全国闻名的“冯氏捏脊疗法”为中心拓展开来的儿科疾病特色推拿疗法，现有医护人员23名，承担儿科医教研各项工作，门诊设有小儿咳喘、厌食、腹泻、反复呼吸道感染、儿童抽动症、多动症、遗尿等专台，集中西药内服、穴位贴敷、中药灌肠、针灸推拿等内外治法为一体，病房开放床位6张，收治具有中医治疗优势的反复呼吸道感染、厌食、哮喘、上气道综合征、儿童抽动症、遗尿等疾病，采用内服中药、针灸推拿等综合治疗，临床疗效显著。
